For over 1,000 years now, the earth has been night-time. The inhibitors of the world no longer see the sun, just the pitch black sky and moon. Because of this dramatic change, vampires are able to live without fear of the sun and they began to thrive, rapidly growing in numbers. The humans live in fear of the beasts, who survive on their blood and drink without remorse. Many humans have became alcoholics and try to escape their fears by having parties based around reckless drinking. Many vampires live in large groups together abandoned apartments and such places.
About 400 years ago, a extremely powerful vampire named James, a former human scientist, began experimenting with creating beasts with animal DNA. His first experiment, he used a live vampire and recreated it with wolf DNA. It went terribly wrong and it savagely tore itself apart from the inside out. After a few experiments, he perfected his creations. He discovered that he must use a vampire on the brink of death, or the creation with destroy itself. His new and improved creations had many features and abilities of their original vampire self: They still lived on human blood, they could live over 200 years, both had fangs, and they were hard to kill. They blood creatures had the ears of the animal DNA they were created with. James disposed of his failed experiments that remained, and still does when his creations end up not reaching his expectations.
James and his creatures, which he calls the Blood Creatures, live in a gigantic abandoned mansion. They are not permitted to cease living under his supervision, and they cannot harm him in any way. They are like his prisoners. Many vampires despise James for making such despicable creatures from their kind, and many despise the blood creatures them selves. There a some blood creatures who would have rather died the was they were supposed to than become a servant at James' disposal. Others worship him and look down upon the vampires as inferior. To the humans both types of bloodsuckers are the same, monsters who kill people for food.
James' most prized Blood Creature is one he created the most selfishly. Siren is a blood creature with the only chinchilla DNA ever used. James made her to be his mate, he saved her from her death, at the murder of everyone at her arranged wedding. She has the least freedom out of all the blood creatures. James doesn't see his creatures as living beings, and doesn't value their lives very much. In this world of eternal night and suffering, a happy ending is hardly guaranteed.

Every year, thousands of kids flock to see the bands play on the Robots Tour. It has all the things they want; mosh pits, music, merch, and a whole lot of free stuff. It has been going on for years, and everyone has come to love and expect it. Each year, five bands are picked to be the headliners. Other bands join along the way, making the tour more exciting. The music genres usually vary, ranging from heavy stuff to lighter, techno-like stuff.
The headliners this year are Socio Panic, The Dead Fall, As His World Decays, The Box Company, and The Vintage Voyage. Each has their own style, attracting more kids to learn of the music. The tour goes from coast to coast, stopping in all the major cities.
As for the musicians, well, this tour will be full of drama. Not all of the bands get along, and there is sure to be some hookups and one night stands. Hey, maybe even a few relationships. Either way, some nasty gossip will be going around. Especially since the tour has it’s very own gossip reporter! Watch out, or you might be the center of drama.

Sadly, the humans with angels' powers can't always keep their secret, and it is only natural there are those who don't accept their existance. The Hunters are a group of regular humans who's only goal is to rid the world of the Guardian and Fallen. They have strong prejudice against anything supernatural and take the responsibility of killing them upon themselves. They seem to have resources to high technology weaponry. They are a shared threat between the two rival groups. It is the common enemy guardians and fallens share.

Main Canons Needed- Wolvesbane. The Terror. {The person playing this character must have the ability to vary from semi literate to very literate. It nice if you do really detail posts, but not everyone can rp as well as others and we get bored whilst reading.}
Plot.
The World Has Changed Since all the world rulers were assinated, and a terrorist threatened to destroy europe with an Extremely Destructive Gas Bomb, with an extreme virus. Millions of humans watched their televisions in disgust as he demonstrated the effects of the gas on a ten year old girl. Her body began to rot, and she lost her mind. Scratching at the walls until her fingers bled.
The Terrorists name is unknown, Most call him 'The Terror'. He became the lord of the world, and the worlds sanity collapsed.
Now Everyone lives in fear, No one is rich but those of the 'Terror Circle' Most money belongs to them, and the only way for humans now is to survive. People are dying everyday. Girls are standing on street corners selling their bodies, gangs have formed on the streets shooting eachother, with drive by's.
The world is populated with Hookers, Gangster and Terrorists, the rest of the human race are called 'The Others'.
One Hooker, Angel Deathsrock selling herself on the street is about to change that , The Terror hears of her beauty, and calls upon her. He plans on making her his Wife. But she has no intention of marrying the man who caused the death of her whole family. She rejects him, and runs away. Joining a gang named 'The Death Collectors.' She is Trained to Kill, and finds herself strangely attracted to the mysterious and intelligent leader Wolvesbane.
The gang plot a way to kill 'The Terror'. So who will you join? The Terror Circle? The Death Collectors? or just to survive on the streets of death.

1997, scientists were attempting a drug in which prevents pregnancy before the age of 18, on May the 24th, they succeeded. They administrated the drug to all 20 year olds and younger. 2002, the underage birthrate has dropped dramatically, but some people are still having unprotected sex, now that the drug prevents pregnancy is not likely to happen. The pregnancy and abortion rate has dropped, but aids and HIV is still an issue. They stopped giving out the pill for a while, The same scientists who created the drug, is trying to create a cure for sexually transmitted diseases, they succeed, however they can only many to distribute this is a gas form. However they, discover that the gas has an unhealthy reaction to CO2, carbon dioxide, this causes a major problem. If someone over the age of 25 breathes in this gas, they catch the disease it is made to prevent.
Luckily the gas isn't distributed, until February the 13th when a suicidal scientist by the name of Arnold Cortuist, having placed gas tanks secretly all over the world, released the gas. Something in the gas modified it, so the symptoms of the disease work quickly, and the adults died quicker, than they would've had they caught it naturally. Eventually after hours of suffering all the adults fell unconscious, never to wake again.
In a once active village called Sherry-ville, the kids are now wandering the town, some of which have formed gangs. The two main gangs are Lithium and Sodium. Lithium led by the boisterous and brave Kasumi, one trying hard to survive and trying to find a cure for this gas which is now residing in the air, all have got used to the curiously different smell. Kasumi and her cousin Lady Angel are trying constantly to survive the attacks of the violent Sodium gang, led by 15 year old, vicious, ex-asylum-resident, French boy, Merritte, who refuses to accept organization and resides in jealousy of the other gang. He is constantly trying to beat Lithium, and being the dude with the more malicious and evil gang sometimes he wins. This is no fairy-tale, people die, people lose, evil is just as likely to triumph.

[color=Red]Fallen [/color]wished for total domination of the earth and all it's creatures and he wished for all humans to sell their souls to Satan. They fought for many centuries, untill they both died of injury and fatigue. Before they left the world, they cast their powers across the earth, hoping future generations would carry on the battle until one reigned victorious.
[color=Brown]Winry High [/color]just happens have a number of students who posses the powers of the two angels. The good, named the [color=LimeGreen]Guardians[/color], recieved the powers from the good angel and use them to protect their schoolmates and even the world from their enemies, the [color=Red]Fallen[/color]. The [color=Red]Fallen [/color]are all students from the same school as the [color=LimeGreen]Guardians[/color]. They have all sold their soul to the devil and use the demonic powers [color=Red]Fallen[/color] had given them. They are eternal enemies, fighting the legendary battle from long ago.

Both possess a single power alike other Fallen and Guardian, but in addition, the inhuman manifestation of the Chiisana and Ryuu gives them imeasurable power when in battle with one another.
The rest of the students in Winry have no knowledge of the two groups and their powers, and not even the battle that could affect their very lives. The Guardians and the Fallen plan to keep it that way.
